re:form PILATES offers small-group Pilates classes designed to build strength, control, confidence, and connection. From beginner-friendly foundations to more athletic, dynamic classes, our class levels are thoughtfully structured to support every stage of your movement journey across our Ontario and Nova Scotia studio locations.

Re:former Classes

re:NEW – LEVEL 1

No Prerequisite: This class serves as both a long-term practice for some and a transitional class for those wanting to progress to re:FORM FLOW or re:FINE Level 2.

re:FORM FLOW – LEVEL 1.5

Prerequisite: Recommended for clients with prior Pilates experience; 1-3 re:NEW classes. Not ideal for first-time clients.

re:FINE – LEVEL 2

Prerequisite: Minimum 10 re:NEW Level 1 or re:FORM FLOW classes. Meeting the prerequisite minimum does not guarantee readiness for this level. Instructor approval may be required.

re:FORMX ATHLETIC

Prerequisite: For those with solid body awareness who want to move, sweat, and have fun in a dynamic, athletic Reformer class. Not Pilates repertoire based. Reformer experience recommended.

re:BOUND Jump

Prerequisite: All Levels welcomed
