Foundational. Intentional. Beginner.
Slow/Moderate Pace.
Designed for clients with little to no Pilates experience, those with movement limitations or aging gracefully. This class focuses on learning the fundamentals of Pilates, including breath, alignment, balance, and core engagement.
You’ll learn basic positions, terminology, reformer setup, foot positions and how to safely use straps and equipment.
Emphasis is placed on controlled movement, proper technique, and understanding how to move efficiently and safely. Pilates is about quality over quantity—this class builds awareness, strength, and confidence. re:NEW is for everybody and every BODY. Repertoire based.
No Prerequisite: This class serves as both a long-term practice for some and a transitional class for those wanting to progress to re:FORM FLOW or re:FINE Level 2.
Experienced Beginner. Intermediate+
Moderate Pace
A continuous, full-body reformer class that links exercises together with minimal stopping, focusing on flow, coordination, endurance and control.
Clients must be comfortable with basic positions, terminology, reformer setup, foot positions, and strap work as this class doesn’t pause to review basic set up instruction. Pace is moderate and sustained with minimal stopping. This class offers progressions to accommodate all levels. Repertoire Based.
Prerequisite: Recommended for clients with prior Pilates experience; 1-3 re:NEW classes. Not ideal for first-time clients.
Intermediate. Progressive.
Moderate/Fast Pace.
An intermediate reformer class focused on Pilates repertoire and increased physical demand. Clients must be comfortable with Pilates basics, including reformer setup, foot positions, strap work, and terminology.
Classes move at a moderate/fast pace and includes inversions, plank-based work, and more advanced endurance-based sequences. Clients should be prepared for longer sets, sustained effort, complex sequences, transitions, and coordination challenges. Emphasis remains on alignment, control, and precision. Repertoire Based.
Prerequisite: Minimum 10 re:NEW Level 1 or re:FORM FLOW classes. Meeting the prerequisite minimum does not guarantee readiness for this level. Instructor approval may be required.
Dynamic. Strength. Power. Intermediate+
This high-energy, athletic Reformer experience challenges both body and mind through powerful, full-body sequences that build strength, balance, and dynamic stability. You’ll move with intention and intensity—elevating your heart rate while maintaining control and precision. Expect creative variations, deep muscular engagement, and that signature re:FORMX burn. It’s a vibe: sweaty, challenging, and undeniably effective.
Prerequisite: For those with solid body awareness who want to move, sweat, and have fun in a dynamic, athletic Reformer class. Not Pilates repertoire based. Reformer experience recommended.
