This all-levels class is rooted in the basic core principles of Pilates, offering a full-body workout that emphasizes strength and alignment. Perfect for those new to the studio or anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the fundamentals of optimal movement. Expect detailed instruction, thoughtful progressions, and extra attention to form and technique—making it both accessible and impactful. This class is for everybody and every BODY.
No Prerequisite: This class serves as both a long-term practice for some and a transitional foundation for those progressing into re:FINE.
Intermediate. Progressions. Transitions.
This class will re:FINE and build on what you learned in re:NEW; precision, control, and intentional transitions. Working at a deliberate pace with sustained tension, we focus on activating the right muscles at the right time. You will sharpen your technique in this focused, form-driven session. re:FINE is designed to help you build deeper body awareness, alignment, and develop strength through mindful repetition. Expect to find control, centering, and concentration in every class.

Dynamic. Strength. Power. Intermediate+
This high-energy workout pushes both body and mind, focusing on full-body strength, balance, and dynamic stability. You’ll move through powerful sequences designed to elevate your heart rate, activate deep muscle engagement, and build endurance through sports-inspired movement. Expect playful intensity, creative reformer variations, and total-body burn. re:FORMX is sweaty, challenging, and seriously effective.
Prerequisite: at least ten re:FINE classes
